JayCee Electrix Ltd is a fully New Zealand-owned leading electrical engineering organisation specializing in providing innovative and reliable solutions for a wide range of electrical projects. Our expertise spans from design and manufacturing to maintenance and repair, with a specialized focus on Switchboard Manufacturing, HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning), and customized solar and renewable energy solutions tailored to meet the unique needs of our clients.

Founded in 2020, in the winterless north of New Zealand, Whangarei. JayCee Electrix Ltd has grown steadily over the past few years, earning a reputation for excellence in electrical engineering. Our founder, Mr. James Campbell, a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the field, envisioned creating a company that would deliver exceptional electrical solutions with a customer-centric approach. Since its inception, JayCee Electrix Ltd has successfully completed numerous projects across various sectors, including commercial, industrial, residential, and infrastructure.

Don't Gamble, Call James Campbell ...

James Campbell has been an Electrician and Switchboard builder with a local company since immigrating to New Zealand in 2007, and prior to this an Installation electrician focused on Electrical Contracting Services in South Africa for 15 years.

James entered the world of electricity straight after completing his schooling. He started his apprenticeship and early training as an electrician in Vryheid KZN in 1993. He relocated with his family to New Zealand in 2007 to expand his knowledge in the Automation sector. He currently holds a Practicing License as well as registration in NZ with a combined 28 years’ experience in the electrical trade.

As a customer favorite, he has worked on many major construction projects in the two-countries and some International projects with a broad area of expertise in Automation, Switchboards and Electrical installation and maintenance.

For the past 12 years with a local switchboard company, James has focused on the new electrical technologies as new industries and commercial growth have come to New Zealand and the Marine sector. During that time, he has created a base of customer support that praise his ability to handle all aspects and responsibilities of electrical design, consulting and engineering process.

James has experience working with Schneider electric, Cubic, Terasaki, CBI, Variable speed drives Programmable logic Controllers, Clipsal and Centurion Automation products all to assist with the assembly of an electrical installation and maintenance platform.

James has found a new passion in power generation and is enjoying finding individual solutions that work for his clients by using technology such as solar panels to harness the power of the sun's radiation and save on everyday costs such as running your household, business or even charging your car.
